It is mainly used for polishing the flat and 2.5D or 3D arc surface of metal material like Aluminum alloy, stainless steel, other nonmetal material like glass and ceramics with the advantage of high efficiency, good stability and high cosmetic yield.

• 該套設(shè)備同時具備了工件盤的公轉(zhuǎn)運動和自轉(zhuǎn)運動，同時拋光盤升降運動通過伺服電機及滾珠絲杠驅(qū)動，提高了生產(chǎn)效率，延長了耗材使用壽命，提升了工件良率。

This machine is designed with revolution and rotation of workpiece plate; meanwhile polishing plate’s lifting motion is driven by servo motor and ball screws. Productivity is improved, consumables lifetime is extended, and higher cosmetic yield can be achieved.

• 本機工件盤、拋光盤均由獨立的變頻器控制變頻電機實現(xiàn)無極調(diào)速，以滿足不同拋光工藝要求。同時拋光盤的加壓由伺服電機驅(qū)動滾珠絲杠在直線導(dǎo)軌上進行位移，精確控制拋光盤位移，保持壓力穩(wěn)定，確保拋光精度。

This machine’s workpiece plate and polishing plate are precisely controlled by CNC program,continuous speed control is realized according to technological requirements,in order to satisfy different polishing process requirements.Revolution and rotation are controlled by variable frequency motor. Polishing plate is driven by independent variable motor，meanwhile polishing plate’s lifting pressure is driven by servo-motor,ball screw and linear guideway, and polishing plate’s up and down movement is precisely controlled by program,to keep pressure stable and ensure polishing precision.

• 本機所有能接觸到拋光液的液槽、箱體面板、接液盆，均采用不銹鋼或鋁合金等耐腐蝕材質(zhì)。

Anti-corrosion materials such as stainless steel or aluminum alloy are adopted for this machine’s flume,panel,basin which are in contact with polishing liquid.

• 設(shè)備真空系統(tǒng)配置有數(shù)顯真空壓力表，實時監(jiān)控負壓，以防欠壓掉片。

Machine vacuum system is equipped with digital vacuum pressure gauge,real-time monitoring negative pressure,in order to prevent work piece from falling down if pressure is not enough.

• 設(shè)備配置真空氣液分離裝置，自動排液；

Machine is equipped with vacuum air&liquid separating device for automatic draining.

• 本機采用人機界面HMI(15寸大觸摸屏)與可編程控制PLC相結(jié)合，操作方便快捷，界面友好，信息量大。
